Do you actually offer strategy, or are you just posting content for your clients? 👀
I'll let that sit for a second. Because here's what I've noticed — a lot of social media managers are doing content creation but calling it strategy. They're posting consistently, sure. But are they actually building a content strategy rooted in goals, audience research, and a plan that ties back to what the client actually wants their business to achieve? Or is it more like... "let's just keep posting and see what works"? No shade if that's where you're at right now. Most of us started there. (aka me 🙋🏽‍♀️) But I think this is worth talking about because it's the difference between being a content creator for hire and being a strategic partner your clients can't replace. So let's get into it: 🙋 Do you currently offer strategy development as part of your services? Or is it more content execution right now? 🤔 If you don't — is it because you're not confident in how to build one, you don't have a process for it, or it just hasn't come up with clients yet? 💭 If you DO offer it — how did you learn to build a strategy that actually works? Trial and error? A course? Mentorship? This is genuinely one of those skills that separates SMMs charging $300/month from the ones charging $1,500+/month. Strategy is where the real value (and the real money) lives. Drop your honest answer below — no judgment, this is a safe space to admit where you're at. 👇

SAVE THE DATE - Steal My Workflow LIVE
Next Monday (June 22) we're going LIVE and I'm walking you through my entire client workflow from start to finish. We're talking every stage — from the moment a prospect inquires all the way through monthly strategy sessions and reporting. The exact process that keeps our clients retained and our agency running without the chaos. This isn't a surface-level overview. We're going deep. And the best part? You get to ask questions in real time — whether it's about the workflow itself or whatever you're currently navigating in your own business. Bring it all. (A full course with tutorials for every stage is in the works — but that takes time to build properly. This LIVE is the perfect intro while we put it together.) 📅 Monday, June 22, 2026 ⏰ 10 AM - 12 PM CST 🔒 Live access is for Premium members 🎥 Free members — I'll share a recap of the main topics covered in the LIVE Not on Premium yet? Now's a great time to upgrade. 👀 Drop a 🙋 in the comments if you're coming — and if you already have questions about your own workflow, drop those too. I'll make sure we cover them.

If you're new here — hi, welcome, we're so glad you're here. 🤍 HCA just opened its doors and we've got some fresh faces in the community. Whether you stumbled across this place or came here with a specific goal in mind — you're in the right spot. This community was built for social media managers and creative freelancers who are serious about building a real business. Not just winging it. Not just hoping clients show up. Actually building something sustainable with strategy, systems, and people around you who get it. And I know how this goes — when something is free, it's easy to join and quietly observe from the back row. 👀 No judgment. We've all done it. But I want to challenge you to actually show up here. The people who get the most out of HCA are the ones who ask the questions, share the wins, and engage with the community — not just consume it. So let's start right now. Drop a comment below and tell us: 👋 Who you are and what you do 🎯 One thing you're hoping to learn or walk away with from being in this community And for my OGs who have been here a while — ( @Daniel Lutu , @Lashay Broomer , @Miranda Sullivan , @Edward Hollis , @Kailyn Smith , @Coral V. ) This is your moment. Share one thing you've learned, implemented, or shifted in your business since joining HCA. You might not realize it but your answer could be exactly what a new member needs to hear today. 💙

@Miranda Sullivan This is one of the MOST IMPORTANT things any business owner can learn! When we're getting started - we will drop everything and WHATEVER our clients ask - even if it's outside of our agreed scope of work (that's a completely different conversation). We have to remember that while we value our clients and want to be valuable to them - we are still human NOT robots. We have lives and we want to be successful - we neeeeeeeedd to have BOUNDARIES!! Thank you for sharing!
NEW WEEK, NEW ENERGY ⚡️
Most people hate Mondays but honestly — I kinda love them. There's always this fresh energy where I feel like I can actually get my life together. New week, clean slate, no excuses. Monday is where I reset. I look at what didn't get done last week, decide what actually matters this week, and get my head right before things get busy. It's not about being perfectly productive. It's about being intentional. And I think that's something we don't talk about enough as business owners — the difference between being busy and being focused. Monday is your chance to choose focused before the week chooses busy for you. So before we get too far into the week — take 10 minutes today and actually decide what this week is about for you. What are your goals for this week? Drop them below 👇 Big or small — client goals, content goals, personal wins you're chasing — let's put them out there and hold each other to it. We check back in on Friday. 🤝
