🧠how conscious are you, really?
consciousness is one of those things that still feels… out of reach. like we can talk about it, study it, try to define it, but it never fully lets itself be understood. who are you? why are you here? are you even here… or just aware of being here? is this all something you’re experiencing… or something you are? the questions don’t end💭 and even as science keeps uncovering more layers, there’s still a part of this that can’t be handed to us - it's something we have to experience for ourselves. this video breaks down different levels of consciousness, and what it feels like to move through them. everyone sees consciousness differently… but one thing feels true: we’re all living in completely different versions of reality, even while sharing the same world. could that be tied to the level of awareness we’re operating from? watch this with an open mind… and when you come back, answer truthfully: 🌀what level of consciousness do you feel you’re currently in? 🌀what do you feel might help you move into the next? https://youtu.be/IqXpzcfdtn4?si=pkug-PwZgowhtIc7

I am still listening to this video, but had to stop when he started talking about EEG's and stillness. I have a history of epilepsy. At the height of my stress and anxiety, I would have seizures back-to-back. After having an out-of-body experience, I took myself completely off my medication. The meds felt like they were doing more harm than good. When I got EEGs or neurological testing, they couldn't find the source of my seizures, though there was a recorded spike on the lower left side of my brain that would jump. Ultimately, meditation and decreasing my stress levels helped, along with significant changes in my diet. However, I've always wondered if the spike had anything to do with connections outside of what traditional science could explain---mediumship, deep meditative states, frequent astral traveling, etc. (Just some food for thought, haha. Will go down my rabbit hole later) 😂💙

@Shakira Beltre Thank you so much for your perspective and sharing this with me. It’s very enlightening. I’m more than happy to share my discoveries and research. You giving me more stuff to look into. 🤎
the spiritual side of creativity no one talks about...
in this video, i open up about my relationship with creativity, spirituality, identity, and self-expression. growing up between strict religious environments and survival-based expectations, i disconnected from parts of myself for a long time, especially the artistic parts. i judged creativity because deep down, i was afraid of it. afraid of what it would reveal, where it would lead me, and who i would become if i fully embraced it. but over time, i realized creativity is so much more than “making art.” it’s a mirror. a portal. a conversation with the self. the more i allowed myself to create honestly, the more hidden emotions, desires, wounds, and truths began to surface. and to me, that is alchemy. turning confusion into clarity, pain into expression, and silence into song. this video is for anyone who has ever felt disconnected from themselves, stuck in comparison, afraid to be seen, or unsure if they’re “creative enough.” creativity is not reserved for a chosen few, it’s a human experience. and sometimes, it is what leads on a path we've been resisting. after you watch, i’d love to hear from you: ✨ do you believe creativity can be spiritual? why or why not? ✨ was there ever a time in your life where you felt disconnected from self-expression? what led you back to it? ✨ what forms of creativity make you feel most alive lately? https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIFSl-QsQqg

a warm welcome to our newest alchemists @Dr Crystal D Woods & @Sonja Golchin 🪄 so glad you found your way here! art & alchemy is a space for curious minds and creative souls. where we explore art, spirituality, psychology, consciousness and the deeper questions that don't always have easy answers💭 you don't have to have it all figured out, you just have to be willing to show up and see what unfolds. so take your time, look around, and share whatever feels right. we'd love to get to know you a little: 🌀 what does creativity mean to you right now, are you actively creating or still finding your way back to it? 🌀 what's a question or topic you've been curious about lately? can't wait to hear from you🫀 (everyone else go say hi and show some love 💫)

i did a past life regression
...and it wasn’t what i expected. i left feeling emotionally, mentally, and physically drained. like i had just opened something i didn’t fully understand yet, unsure why my higher self led me there in the first place. whoever said the real work comes after… they were right.👁️ it’ll be a week on saturday, and not to be dramatic or anything, but i’ve already felt such a deep spiritual shift. i have a lot i want to share (video coming soon), but for now, i’ll leave you with this: say yes. to what’s been calling you. to what you feel drawn to without explanation. to the discomfort asking to be explored. this whole experience was a reminder that the spiritual path gets ugly before it gets pretty. but boy, when it settles… life feels lighter. clearer. like you’ve unlocked a new way of seeing everything. i’m excited to go deeper into this soon. for now, just wanted to share a piece of where i’m at. take care of yourselves❤️‍🩹 🫀have you ever had an experience you couldn’t logically explain, but felt deeply real?

This is so beautiful!! Thank you for sharing. I've had a Hape experience and boy did allow me to purge, connect to my feminine and see the world so differently. I can relate to your experiences.
🧠✨ 5-day challenge: meet your archetypes
hi alchemists🤍 we’re starting something a little deeper beginning tomorrow… a 5-day exploration into the different parts of you. you are not just one fixed identity. you are layered, complex, and constantly shifting. made up of different versions of yourself that have all been shaped by your experiences, emotions, and your past. some parts feel easy to love. others… not so much. but all of them are you. for the next few days, we’re going to gently explore these parts through reflection and creativity, not to judge or “fix” anything, but to understand and integrate. each day, you’ll receive: - an archetype to explore - a reflection prompt - and a way to express it (writing, art, voice, anything that feels natural) this is something we’re doing together. so whatever comes up… you’re invited to share it here. this is a safe space. ✨ if you’re joining, comment & answer this question: 💭 what part of you are you most curious about right now? i’ll be doing this with you too🪄

Right now, I am most curious about what I want in my life right now. There have been so many shifts I’ve been going through the past few years. Where I’ve had an idea or a direction that I wanna go, but then there are outside sources that conflict with what I’m trying to bring to life. So at times it has put me in this limbo phase of only focusing on things I have control of. This has allowed me to go inward to reconnect with myself and my inner child. However, with all the changes in the world at times, I’m conflicted on the ideas I used to have if they still align with me and if they are really beneficial to me and the collective because of all the changes in the world. I’m really trying to listen to my future self. What are the things that matters to her most and seeking when she had the aha moment?

Thanks for the reminder beauty! Truly needed to hear this. As of late I ask my spiritual team for random sightings of things like an "neon orange jeep" haha. This recently happened to me and helping in making a decision. I nearly forgot I asked about it and the answer came the day before I had a meeting with the energies I was asking about. Or during my walks I am always picking up coins--as reminders of my abundance. That my ideas and feelings are heard. I am working on how to connect this more to my career and how I connect with others.
