Peace! I been thinking about making a LLC ( with no Ein) and that i control the Grantor of my irrevocable trust, why bc I cant be both grantor and trustee, my question is CAN I BE BOTH? My understanding I cant, the other part of my confusion will the LLC pull it into the public? I appreciate all responses, blessings

Peace… a good friend got a judgment that was sat on her vehicle outside of her house for 200k. She ask what she should do. This is what I said “ go get a certified copy, endorse it, notarize it and get it authenticated, 56 with the judge as fiduciary and add enough stamps to cover the 200k and file it back into the case 🤷🏽‍♀️ this make sense to me, what would you do??? What can you add or takeaway and why? Let’s talk about it, I’m sure this will help some people!
