So I made my Facebook account last week on Tuesday. On Wednesday after I created my campaigns and ads etc. I got a notification of it saying ‘to verify your human take a photo of yourself’. I send the photo of myself and then it says I made an appeal wait an hour for a decision. I wait an hour then it disables my account. This is so frustrating, I’ve made another account with a different number and email 2 more times and both same result. 3 accounts disabled and a 4th one today. Any help? Meta support says it can’t help as well

Hey everyone, if any of you are doing Instagram DMs as outbound, how do you warm up accounts? I don't plan on buying them but creating the gmail from scratch and warming them up. The goal is to have 5 accounts running at limit which from what I've seen is 25 DMs/day. The online resources kind of say different methods. Do I really need to use proxies and vpns or could I do it lean, 5 accounts sending manually every day? Would love your input!

Hi everyone, I run a SMMA for home improvement contractors. I manage around 25 campaigns. 18-20 are normally active at one time. I’m looking to hire a media buyer but every applicant I get has no experience and is just a waste of time. Does anyone know where I could find a proper media buyer? Ideally I can shift my focus to sales + client communication to focus on proper growth
