I threw my new peperomia into a baby pot with some regular (good) soil and perlite. It’s gonna live in my cabinet and hopefully get established w/some root growth🙂‍↕️ she looks so cute!

I could NEVER get behind the maranta/calathea slander. They are some of my most FAVORITE plants. I unfortunately did lose my white fusion (Calathea), but that was actually my fault 😅 but I’m a huge sucker for prayer plants. (Don’t look at my dying pothos.. we’re saving the sad for group plant chores tomorrow 🤪) Also.. @Matt Gagne & @Bradley Coté as you can see in the bottom right corner.. my Chinese money plant.. or.. ahem.. peperomia.. hehe.. is loving its life, so rest assured your Metallica crème brûlée is in good hands 😉🫶🏻

Hi! I’m Nicole, I’m 35 and live in Metro Detroit with my husband and 2 rescue pups Willow (German Shepherd mix) and Watson (Husky mix). I am a dental hygienist who’s hobbies outside of houseplants include reading, walking, gardening, landscaping/house projects on our 1930s cottage, jigsaw puzzles, and numerous other crafts I will never complete. I started my small biz Willow + Watson Botanicals (of course named after my dogs) last year as a way to make a little extra cash, but mostly as a way to connect with the house plant community that I’ve fallen so in love with! I have my first few local vendor shows coming up this summer and I’m so excited!
