Partner fitness set and then a break: do 20 high five pushups with a partner, work together and when you finish, grab some watch and come back. Could also make it a race, time under tensions better so the slowest group wins or if short on time, the fastest group wins This will encourage teams work and also has the aspect of a goal (water and rest) to loon forward to.
