Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is Not feeling good with money/business. We have started the practice, are spending time in the community building relationships but it is still not hit yielding new clients coming in the door Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is not feeling good with money and business because we started with more clients, now that they have improved, we have less clients and lack a consistent influx of people

This is all so common when first starting out! Entrepreneurship is a roller coaster- lots of ups and downs. With the right support it makes it so much easier though! Hoping you get some good value out of the rest of these videos :)

Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is getting the right systems in place/clear idea on marketing vs skillset. Which is the opposite of what we were taught in school. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is marketing/social media and attracting the “right” clientele. I have the skillset and know my value. But communicating that to clients is my biggest challenge.

Systems win! Always. It is so important to get your systems figured out and if you can do this early on, you are ahead of most people! Also- marketing is definitely one of the hardest things to learn and become comfortable with starting out. Using intentional language and practicing will be a really important step for you!

Hey Clarissa! Welcome! I've only been to Oregon once but absolutely loved it. As a new practice, you're 100% in the right place. Starting out with support is the best step you can make so we are happy you're here!
Profit is Created Assignment as a Pelvic Health PT, grad date: Dec 2018
Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is view sales as a leadership skill - I have much more confidence in my ability to lead than my ability to sell. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is finding the right wording in those enrollment conversations to not feel like I’m manipulating or trying to convince them of the value.

Hey Allison! These are all normal feelings when starting out. It's really important as a business owner to work on that mindset and be confident in knowing the value you are providing! You can have such a huge impact on peoples' lives. Another way to look at it is that you shouldn't have to "convince them" of the value. They should see the value when they come in the door and receive top notch care and an awesome client experience! :)
Stop Guessing Assignment as a Non-Clinical, franchise owner
Assignment #1: My biggest takeaway is this requires lots of discipline. However, when we build and start executing on it, it could be a habit and when it does, we will likely have a different kind of business and revenue cycle. Assignment #2: My biggest concern/challenge is implementation, having access to tested and proven ad content, tested and proven presentations for in-clinic sessions with leads and so on.
