With more than 40 years of experience as a dental assistant, decades of serving others, and years coaching women through movement, nutrition, mindset, and spiritual alignment, Trinita brings both compassion and accountability to every room she leads. A lifelong advocate for healthy living, she created and leads an outdoor bootcamp for women, teaches group fitness, and is passionate about helping women gracefully age strong in body, clear in mind, and anchored in faith. As an Usher President, encourager, speaker, and mentor, she believes that wellness isn’t just physical — it is spiritual stewardship, emotional healing, and disciplined daily choices. Her mission is simple: Servitude & Discipleship Help women get aligned — body, mind, spirit, purpose — and walk it out with consistency.
