Personal announcement.
It's a girl. She hasn't paid rent yet, but it looks like the eviction process is going to take a few more months. Drafting up the eviction papers for October 18. Apparently, part of this process includes another 18 years of free rent at my house..... Additionally, I also incur a pretty hefty bill for a wedding if some guy comes around offering her new housing when she's all grown up..... As landlord-tenant rules go she is getting a pretty sweet deal. In all seriousness, Danni and I could not be more excited. Getting a boy and a girl back to back is such a huge blessing. Christian

Its Finally Here! Our Largest In Person Event Ever!!!
Massive announcement! You may not know this, but I have almost doubled the size of my portfolio this year, and we just went under contract for another massive deal. This is not because I'm amazing at doing this. This is specifically because 2026 has been, by far, the best year with the most opportunity. In light of this, I can't physically do all the deals that are out there, so I want to invite you todo all these deals instead. This is the year where a ton of the larger players are either losing their portfolios or, more commonly, they're simply scaling back and trimming the deals that they overpaid for, taking their losses and moving on. This has resulted in my buying more deals, zero dollars out of pocket, than I have ever thought possible. I am hosting an event at the Robin Hood Village Resort (my seller financed resort). I was spending two days with some of the best speakers and deal negotiators in my personal network. Talking about creative real estate from beginning to end, the entire business model. If you take one of the hundred spots that are available for this event (because that's how many people my resort can host) here's what you will experience. You'll learn how we are finding these deals in real time, You will learn the analytics, the math behind them, and leave with the tools to underwrite deals yourself, (I'm releasing some really cool new stuff that'll be completely free to you), you will watch us negotiate actual deals live in front of you at the event, and may go home with a deal of your own, you will hear from Cody Davis on Creative Finance, Eric Bubbel, one of the best brokers I've ever worked with, you'll even learn how to raise capital if more money is needed. And much more. Oh, by the way, dinner will be catered, there'll be live bands playing at our concert venue, the kayaks will be available, there may or may not be a wine bar directly across the street from us.... @Brian Max I am doing well Brian. I joined the community because I liked Christians enthusiasm and hunger and the community is not so big that you are just left to processes. He is still actively involved. Also he's a Pacific Northwesterner like me! LOL

@Brian Max I've been a multi-family Builder/developer for years but on fourplexes. Networking with this community and learning how to move in the commercial side of it instead of the residential side is really beneficial. I'm comfortable in the space, I just think this will accelerate it. Right now I own a duplex on a piece of property that I was going to develop two fourplexes on before I made the decision to go commercial and accelerate it. How about you?

Hey Gordon! I'm just down the coast from you in Coos Bay. The Florence area is one of my absolute favorites. I used to work for the Vacasa Vacation Homes as a maintenance supervisor from Waldport to Florence. I'm a retired builder/developer/owner of multifamily residential properties since 2007 and am looking to move into the commercial investor/owner space instead. I currently own a duplex and Coos Bay. I will probably be moving up to the Florence area in the next year or two.

Hey everyone, I just joined the community and wanted to introduce myself! I am born and raised in Evansville, IN. I turn 40! this year. Let's not talk about that lol. Im hoping to grow my portfolio using christians techniques and the help of others. Can't wait to explore and learn.

That's a great attitude and goal Drew! Go for it! I just joined but have been a builder/developer/owner of multifamily residential properties since 2007. I'm moving into the commercial space and hope that this will make that much smoother for me as well.
