Help Me Choose My One-Liner šŸ’š (Your Vote Decides)
I've been working on one simple line to describe my other community... Let AI Do It Lab. (It's separate from this one... a home for ADHD mompreneurs who want to learn AI. And honestly? You're exactly the moms I made it for. 🄰) I keep going back and forth between 3 versions of that line. šŸ¤” You're some of the people I trust most to tell me the truth... so I'd rather ask you than guess. Here's what matters most to me. I want this line to be clear for every ADHD mom. Including those of us who read or think in another language first. English is not my first language...I was born and raised in the Philippines, so Tagalog is my first language. That's why I'm highly sensitive about the words I use to make sure everyone can understand them... especially since our communities are global! šŸŒ So here are the three šŸ‘‡ 1ļøāƒ£ "The only AI fluency space built ADHD-first… for moms building mission-driven businesses." 2ļøāƒ£ "The only place where ADHD moms learn to use AI… made for the ADHD brain, building mission-driven businesses." 3ļøāƒ£ "The only place built for ADHD mompreneurs to learn AI… made for your brain and your business." šŸ‘‰ Which one lands clearest for you? Tap your pick in the poll. And if any word feels clunky or hard to read, tell me in the comments. That helps me more than you know. 🄰 I appreciate you. šŸ™ P.S. If you'd mix two of them together, say so below... I'm all ears. P.P.S. One more thing, because it matters to me. 🌿 This little poll? It's one simple way to validate an idea before you pour your energy into it. You stop guessing alone... and let real people show you what lands. So as a thank-you for voting, I want to do the same for you. If you've got a one-liner, an offer name, or an idea you've been sitting on... start your own post like this one and ask us to weigh in. šŸ’š I'll show up for yours the way you showed up for mine. Because we're in this together, and that's the whole point.🄰

Still trying to understand your ADHD?
Happy Friday, my Thriving friends! I was DM-ing with one of our members about this, and I thought you might find it helpful as well. šŸ”“ If you're trying to understand your ADHD better, I invite you to watch this. This is a podcast interview I did a year ago with a wonderful journalist...also named Katherine🄰...specifically Katherine Ellison, a Pulitzer Prized-Winning Journalist who has ADHD herself. I was honored to be interviewed by someone like her in support of a non-profit organization called FindtheADHDgirls. Their mission is to help girls with ADHD get identified and supported before age 8. When you have 27 minutes, watch it at 1.5x speed (to save time) (I do that, too!). What you'll get from the personal stories I share in this podcast: 1. "Odd" feelings and symptoms of ADHD and Depression 2. The deeper meaning behind "hitting a wall" with your lack of diagnosis late in life 3. The connection between ADHD and female hormones, menstruation, perimenopause, menopause, and other drastic hormonal changes in a female's life cycle After you watch it, I'd love to know what resonated with you. I wish you all a phenomenal weekend! As always, I appreciate you. šŸ™ P.S. I'm a professional speaker. If you know any Skool communities that might want to hear my stories, please let them or me know. Reframing the global conversation toward compassion, starting with mental health and ADHD is my mission. Thank you in advance for thinking of me. 🄰

When is your kiddos spring break?
We survived spring break last week in Texas! 🄳 For mompreneurs, no school means completely different for our business…and sanity. If you’re one of them, you know. šŸ˜† When is your kiddos’ spring break? Let us know so we can send you more love and support that week. I know I needed it last week, and Justin’s delicious laughter when we spent time together at a bubble fest last week was exactly what helped . 🄰

Start a business for just $9 🄳✨
If you’ve been thinking about starting your own business but don’t know how… I HIGHLY recommend starting your own Skool community for $9 (Hobby Plan). Now is the time. Why? Because the $9 plan gives you an incredible amount of functionality for almost nothing. It’s mindblowing. 🤯 šŸ‘‰ Here’s my affiliate link with a 14-day free trial if you’re ready to jump in. šŸ‘ˆ And here’s why I LOVE using Skool and always recommend it: - Learn about business FAST for $9 (instead of enrolling in traditional business schools for thousands of dollars) - Watch other entrepreneurs execute strategies in real time - Learn from others’ failures to save you time - Surround yourself with mission-driven entrepreneurs to feel motivated EVEN IF you don’t know what kind of community you want to create… The first bullet point šŸ‘† should be enough to just start your own Skool community now. Multiple school threats at my son's school district...
This morning, we received an email from my younger son’s school district telling parents not to send their kids to school because multiple schools had received threats. The email came at 9:30 a.m. Justin was already at school. The message explained that all campuses were placed in Secure Status—not a lockdown, but a safety protocol where students and staff remain inside, perimeter doors are locked, and the school day continues while police assess the situation. Like any parent, my first instinct was: Go get my child. But the instructions asked parents not to come, so as not to disrupt safety procedures. A few minutes later, another email came through. This time, it shifted to a Modified Secure Status, which allowed parents to pick up their kids with ID. So we went. The helicopter circling our neighborhood was unnerving—but necessary. Justin is home now. Safe. And my nervous system is… discombobulated. My mind keeps moving through all the layers: - How the kids must have felt inside those buildings - How teachers and staff carried the weight of protecting them - How parents without flexible work or childcare options were processing this - How first responders showed up, again, for something that never should feel routine For 3 years, I was a legal analyst for Law & Crime Trial Network, covering and analyzing school shootings across the country. That experience gave me a deeper awareness of how many moving parts exist—inside schools, outside campuses, and inside families—during moments like this. Today, my brain isn’t fully back online for work. Justin is home, so my ā€œwork-from-homeā€ rhythm is different. I confirmed two member calls earlier that I’ll now reschedule. And the video I planned to record about my Skool funnel—the one I told you all was coming—will wait. And honestly? That’s okay. The ability to pause, adjust, and prioritize my child in real time is one of the reasons I chose to build my own business. Days like today are a reminder that flexibility isn’t a luxury—it’s a value.
