Hello Family, what is the best program to use to create videos with a customers voiceover and he wants animations? Can AI do it?

Hey Family, I may have a potential client who wants to animated what he wants to relate to his customers. he wants to do a voiceover, send me the audio and I create an animated video or clip for him. Can anyone help. I am a newbie and don't know where to start but to ask for his picture to create an animation of him. What apps should I use? He wants to be able to send it to customers for them to watch opposed to reading 7 pages.
