We have had temps over 40C in Ontario Canada this summer. Today in fact. I spend the day inside mostly and then an evening walk when it cools down a wee bit. 40 C is about 104 F and we have been warmer than that with the humidity. Love summer, but would like to be outdoors more.
I'm A Radio Star!
I am working on visibility! I was ask by the host of Connecting with Caregivers Radio a program that has aired every week for the last 10 year. The host Linda Burhans is also leads a caregiver support group that I attended while caring for my mother in law. It was not my first time, on week in December 2019, I was on the show as caregiver that won her quarterly award. I was on her show yesterday discussing Aromatherapy and The Cherished Caregiver Circle. https://www.youtube.com/live/2sZtL2o5-3Y?si=N2yN7yXtzMh0IDSW Listen to Jacob too, he has some really good information about a medicare respite benefit. Let us know if you listen and what you learned.

My progress story with sleep is a long one. At one time I had every every sleep problem known to man. Could not fall asleep. Could not stay asleep. Night terrors. Nightmares. And to add to all that lovely stuff I have sleep apnea. I now have a very strict bedtime routine and I am asleep every night by about 11:30 and I am up every morning by about 7:30 and for the first time ever, I am sleeping well. It's a relief when you can get your sleep sorted out and so good for your health.

@Pacita Florida Hi! I used to be a tea lover. Now, mostly in the summer, as iced tea. Generally I like cool beverages over hot! Yet to meet an iced tea I did not like unless it was super sweet.

New to Journaling?
I’ve never been consistent with journaling. This month I want to be intentional and track my journey towards that amazing life I’m attracting. Grab your favorite essential oil and add 1-2 drops on a cotton ball. Breathe in for inspiration. Be sure not to use an energizing oil before bedtime 🛌! I take no responsibility 😂 for any sleepless nights. Yesterday I sent out the 🌸 March 2026 Newsletter: Spring Into Your Amazing Life and shared some journaling tips. 📸 Start Your Amazing Life Documentation Journey This March begins our year-long seasonal journaling with themes changing every 90 days: 🌱 March-May: "Plant Your Seeds" - Document intentions and breakthroughs ☀️ June-August: "Bloom & Expand" - Track progress and celebrate victories 🍂 September-November: "Harvest & Reflect" - Gather wisdom and stories ❄️ December-February: "Rest & Renew" - Introspection and planning Your First Week "Plant Your Seeds" Prompts: Week 1 Focus: Setting Your Foundation Day 1: What three intentions am I planting this spring? Day 5: What am I most grateful for as I begin this journey? Weekend Reflection: What seeds did I plant this week, and how will I nurture them? Ready for the complete 90-day journey? Comment I’m in 🙋‍♀️ below so we can check in with each other on how’s it going. ✍️ 5 Quick Journaling Tips Start Small - Just 5 minutes daily with 3 simple prompts Choose Your Method - Handwriting or digital apps, both work perfectly Pick Consistent Time - Morning intentions or evening reflections Use Prompts - "Today I noticed..." eliminates blank page paralysis Progress Over Perfection - Missed days happen, just restart!

I have journaled on and off my entire life. Found most often that some gratitude journaling helped everything. Time to begin again.
