Hi guys..Apologies for late check-in. Wowsers...I have been soooo busy π
π so grateful. Iv had an insane amount of ex south Africans most of who were clients before they immigrating...keeping me super busy... and how cool..4 of them I tattooed in the last 2 weeks rebooked me this week again before they leave. So my wins are definitely business has been booming π₯, Return clients , and then on Saturday I judged our annual Ink & Iron tattoo and bike show which iv judged last maybe 6yrs now. I was asked to step down from competitions and judge instead as they know im all about fairness and I have this super supportive clientele that every year when I did compete all my clients would pull in to support and show off their tattoos by me and I'd rack up most of the trophies π (Without that sounding egotistical or tooting my own hootπ€π) Was great to see new artists and faces tattooing live at the show and not the same old same old.. and they all know I live for fairness. I am super blessed right now π π π₯°

@Alex Williamson hi Alex π So far it's been a great eye opener..shoeing me exactly the changes I need to make in order to grow. At the moment I'm looking for someone who can help build a website ad I was let down (ghosted) by a client who was "overly" keen to do one for me. And another client wanted to swap some tattoos which was great but she wanted to charge overall jst under 60k for a website which did include a few other small things like business cards n flyers ect so I'm jst scoping out the options and to see who's going to benefit me most. Iv jst been told that 60k was robbery and there's cheaper options. But this has been amazing and so helpful and knowledge to me and you have the mostamazing way of explaining all the things in which has become superhelpful and such an eye-opener. I'm so truly grateful for this experience and learning from you. ππΌ jst got a few small things to catch up on on here and I will do a post recommendation for youπππΌππΌππΌ it's been awesome experience

SUNDAY KPI's!! LET'S hear those BIG 3 WINS!!!
My wins this week: 1. Had new shop fitted out and ready for final phase of construction and decoration. 2. Booked 8 appointments totalling Β£9.5k, 6 new clients out of those 8. 3. Created and implemented new business systems to target and attract an even more focused level of client. I'll report back numbers 9n this next week. HOW HAVE YOU ALL DONE??

Hi everyone π Iv become superbusy again (it comes n goes in waves) I had a fully booked week last week..Consultations too. Iv put I'd say 90percent of what iv learnt so far in and it's showingand paying off. It's brought back some self confidence again which I'm grateful forπππΌ and finally getting to a backlog of appointments again where clients are happy to wait againππΌ I did have some struggles with mailchimp but got to the issues eventually and had to email old-school individually. My competition has gotten me more followers and more shares. So grateful for the knowledge in that section. ππΌ I feel like iv overcome a huge milestone at the moment and now have options and things to kero me busy and focused on when business does written down. Thankyou Alex and Anth for your guidance and tools and patience ππΌ you guys are amazing π π

@Alex Williamson I just swapped over phones got my upgrade and now I'm battling to login to the mailchimpππ I was struggling to set up the automated email responses for some reason before swapping phones. Will let you know as soon as I'm able to login. I spoke to Anth. He sent me a video link to help so will try again
