Current Prompt: Interrupt the Script
Let’s start here: Where in your life are you operating on automatic, because it’s familiar? Is it the way you over-explain yourself to avoid conflict? The way you go silent when you feel misunderstood? The way you always say yes before checking in with your energy? This week, spot one automatic response you’ve been repeating. Overview - Theme: Awakening Awareness
Welcome inside the Live to Elevate Circle. We’re starting 2026 with the foundation: Awareness. Awareness is more than just self-reflection. It’s the gateway to your elevation. When you sharpen your awareness, you stop living on autopilot and start leading your life with clarity. Awakening Awareness is about: - Seeing your patterns. - Hearing your inner voice. - Spotting misalignment, then doing something about it. - Learning how to witness yourself with truth and strategy, not shame or self-judgment. Psychological Concept: Automaticity Automaticity is the mind’s way of saving energy, turning thoughts and behaviors into reflexes. The more something is repeated, the less conscious effort it takes… even if it no longer serves you. Your nervous system might be running decisions, reactions, and relationship habits on scripts you didn’t actively choose, you just rehearsed them enough times for them to become default.

Great topics. Automaticity can lead to good and bad habits. Good callout!
