Good morning! I tried Dream last night, and I’m very pleased with the results. I've been considering it for a while I take baby steps when trying new Peps/amino’s to see how they work with my body. I try new ones out when I’m not taking anything else. I struggle with staying asleep because I have sleep apnea. I took Dream around 8:10 PM last night, and it helped me fall asleep quickly. I can’t wait to try it again tonight while using my CPAP machine to see if I can stay asleep. now I’m sure dream will keep me sleeping all night with how fast it put me down but I drink over 100 ounces of water throughout the day, and no matter how early I stop drinking, I still find myself getting up to use the bathroom during the night. My doctor believes this could be related to my sleep apnea rather than my water intake, so I’m curious to see how Dream works in combination with the CPAP machine. if anybody’s on the fence and struggle with going to sleep and I forgot to mention, I woke up refreshed give it a try.
