I am having a couple of rough days ( my monthly porphyria attack is around the corner - which means that I have to be hospitalized) but I have beaten this once before with raw food and hope I will do it again. I am extra careful and have to take it easy these days, I eat When my body Asks for it ( when I am not nauseous 😊. Green juice and delicious pineapple 😊. I’m planning to repeat these 4 weeks again and hope that I will feel better doing it next time ( and of course have more energy to exercise). Anyone Else ?

I find the sprouts too bitter. What are the tastiest ones?

I seem to love all sprouts. Fenugreek, broccoli, all kinds of lentils, mung beans, adzuki and green peas. Garbanzo beans are tricky. A chef taught me to soak overnight. Wet a dish towel and wring out really good. Place it in a dish. Put soaked beans in and cover. Each day wet towel and wring out really good. In a couple of days you’ll see little tails forming. I eat them for snacks.

Who follows the provided workout schedule? Would like to know the situation with your workouts. They are as important (or even more) as what you eat and drink. ⚠️⚠️⚠️

My usual routine is gym Wed and Fri. Zumba Monday and Thur. Kundalini yoga Tuesday and Yin Yoga on Wed. I walk to all these events, friends houses to visit and stores. I have used your workouts as extra and have really enjoyed something different. I found the 1st yoga class week 1 too advanced for me and I have to emit didn’t try any of the others. I do love Yin and Kundalini and as a rule stick to those. I spent a year with Dr Rick and Karin Dina learning the science of a raw food lifestyle and I wanted to keep it up with your food plan. I have really enjoyed this I love the kitchen and find spending time in the kitchen my zen experience. Thank you for all your ideas.
