I am having a couple of rough days ( my monthly porphyria attack is around the corner - which means that I have to be hospitalized) but I have beaten this once before with raw food and hope I will do it again. I am extra careful and have to take it easy these days, I eat When my body Asks for it ( when I am not nauseous 😊. Green juice and delicious pineapple 😊. I’m planning to repeat these 4 weeks again and hope that I will feel better doing it next time ( and of course have more energy to exercise). Anyone Else ?
