Hi ladies! I watched this video from a neuroscientist this morning and thought the different types of visualization she shares could be beneficial for all of us—especially the second one, which focuses on visualizing ourselves doing the hard things. I thought I’d share it with you! Here's the link: http://youtube.com/watch?v=JiuCdREM5EI

Good morning, family. I am excited to be going over Chapter One of the Artist's Way book today. I am also excited to welcome two new members to the group, Kamala Lopez and Trish Alaskey. Can't wait to see everybody at 6:30 pm. For the new members, please access the Zoom link in the calendar section.

Hi Lydia and ladies! How are you all? Just a quick FYI: my mom duties will have me joining with my camera off, at least at the beginning of our meeting, as I’ll be trying to put my son to sleep. I’ll be listening and following along with everything, though. Thank you so much for understanding. See you soon! 😊

Reminder to pick up the book and read up to page 24. This book is transformative.

Hi Family, Monday we will start adding our first book, The Artis’s Way to the circle. For this book you will need to keep a journal, as well as a large Manila envelope and legal pad for your morning pages. Please read the first 24 pages. I am excited to go through this book with you.
