Customer support/Sales agent with voice and CRM integration
I am looking to automate Customer support and Sales. Agents should be able to take whatsapp calls, answer whatsapp voices, and interact with Meta (Facebook, instagram) DMs and voice messages, with the ability for HITL. The agent should be able to answer in the dialect of the customer. Agents should be able to interact with prepared mirrored tables that contain information that the customer might ask about (appointment, delivery time, etc...) and with vectorized PDF knowledge bases.
