Sorry if it sounds a stupid question but they obviously got my details and sent me the charge so a bit late to be asking me for proof of who I am if I'm not who I claim to be 🤔

Hi everyone, I recieved a parking charge notice from euro car parks which I responded to and told them that I was unable to make payment as the machine would not accept my card and I had no cash on me or my phone. I never got a response to this but they did follow up with further demands which I did not respond to as I already had responded and they hadn't replied. This then escalated to a ccj against me dated 15 July 2023, however I did not receive the court claim paper work prior to the court action. I only recieved the notification from the Civil National business centre in Northampton with notice of judgement. I did try to pay for the ticket which the machine gave me a void ticket for and I still have this. The machine would not allow me to make payment using a debit card despite there being sufficient funds and I had no cash on me so couldn't physically get a ticket. Can I fight this if 4 months have past from getting the ccj judgement against me or will this go against me? The reason it's taken 4 months is because I've been trying to find the right way out of this mad maze and now have (this group and you guys). I am however feeling the extreme pressure of time as dcbl are threatening with bailiffs so have to get my n244 and witness statement and evidence sent off this week. Do I send dcbl anything to tell them I've filed a n244 to keep them at bay and when would you do the cars please? Lots of wonderful information and videos but trying to take so much in, in such a short amount of time is scrambling my brain so I'd very much appreciate any guidance so I can get these forms off at least for now and prevent someone banging my door down. here is a pic of my girl Mia. she is a Spanish Podenco, i found her abandoned with 3 pups, all boys, left in a plastic bottle crate with a filthy carpet for a blanket. I found her on 17th November 2011, she was probably about 18 months maybe, but obviously we'll never know. We kept them in one of our bathrooms in our apartment in Mijas Costa, Spain. We found homes for all 3 pups and kept little Mia, she sadly passed on 18th November 2024, 13 years and 1 day after finding her. So just for fun and pleasure, share your own fur babies🐶💜
