Why Most Traders Lose (It’s Not Strategy)
Trading isn’t just charts and strategy. If you’re emotional, overwhelmed, or constantly overthinking, the market will expose that fast. In this video, I talk about something most traders completely ignore: your nervous system, your beliefs, and the state you’re in before you ever click buy or sell. This is the stuff that actually separates traders who survive from traders who spiral. I’m going to start posting more of these mindset / nervous system breakdowns in here. Be open. Be honest with yourself. Question for you: When you lose trades, do you honestly think it’s strategy… or is it you?

10000% Facts it’s the individual I can prove it myself 😭😭 lol That’s what ima have to figure out what to do to help myself keep me more grounded Because Fuckk getting eaten alive in the market don’t feel too good. Also bad when you win and get too excited don’t think as well either got too many happy emotions going on and get carried away trading

@Michael Martinez it’s getting to that point now I feel because I remember every loss in the beginning was lie the end of the world Now I’m learning to pay the price for each lesson and take it with big grasps on what happens to prevent it happening for the next time

Most traders don’t lose because of the market… they lose because they rush the process. This game rewards patience, structure, and emotional control, not hype, not ego, not revenge trading. You don’t build a real account by swinging for the fences. You build it by stacking clean decisions over time. Once you master yourself and the skill, the money becomes a side effect. That’s when everything changes. And yeah — results feel good… but discipline is what creates them. Quick question for the fam: What’s the hardest part of staying disciplined for you right now, overtrading, impatience, or risk control? Drop it below. Let’s sharpen each other.
