I am starting to get into the shorts. Haven't seen any massive success yet. I guess my issue is that I try too many different niches at the same time. But will try to focus on one, but haven't figured out which niche I should stick to.

I was never type of guy that reads books, but something changed when I turned 19. For the first time I bought my first book "The Monk Who Sold His Ferrari." This book changed me, as did every other book I've read since. Today marks the end of first week of 2026. How many videos have you posted so far? (me, 36) I decided to track my posting activity over this whole year and so far it helped me a lot. Few months ago I thought I can only make max 3-4 shorts per day. But now I see how much time I've wasted. I understand if someone doesn't have too much time to make the content, but thats the point. There are some people willing to give every second of their free time to make it work. You have to be one of them. Just finished 10 hour working call with my partners, which was also our last of this week. Man and what a week it was! What happened: 1) We just reached 100K subs on one of our long/short channels (our 5th channel to get there) 2) New record shorts views // 121K in 60 minutes (on Russian content) *no gatekeeping 3) Created 6 new channels + content for them The best outcome of our calls were the new niches we've discovered. That will be also one of the most important thing, that I want to share with you. Most people see, what most people do. (AI commentary shorts, streamer clipping, ...) That's not how the game is played.
