Crazy to think it hasn’t even been two years since we went full traction with Futura… and here we are, breaking into the Top 20 in Lehigh Acres with $12.7M closed volume YTD 2025. Not bad for a team that started with just a few lots and a big vision. We’ve kept it simple: build smart, stay disciplined, and deliver consistently. That’s what’s allowed us to scale past 220+ homes already… with nearly 100 under construction right now. The market’s still adjusting, rates are still doing their thing but we’re moving. Florida’s housing demand hasn’t slowed, especially in SWFL’s workforce segment.
