Fincen- Metropolitan is no longer requiring it
Don't know what title company everyone uses, but Metro stopped requiring Fincen for cash sales! I know in the beginning of March ALL title companies were, hopefully more stop it.

- I’ve noticed a lot of AI screening calls when I reach out to leads, is there a way to by pass? It’s bothering me how many people do not respond - Do you have any tips on optimizing smarter contact for higher response rates, examples of any new outgoing messages? - How are you using AI in RE?
