Hello, We have subdivided land in Linden TN (90 miles from Nashville) into 21 lots. Our concept is micro homestead. Private gated community with amenities. We have built a waiting list of over 500 people using organic social media. We are offering the lots along with a Barndominium built by a local builder. We have all permits, recorded survey, septic and getting ready to start selling. I am looking for a partner who wants to invest to get us to the next phase and bring utilities.
