Juggling Multiple Businesses. Should I Pause One or Manage Everything Together?
Hey everyone 👋 I’ve been juggling a few things lately, and I’d love to hear some real experiences from people in this community. I currently run an online fitness dropshipping store that’s doing well (around $25k/month), and now I’m planning to start another business. The challenge is figuring out how to balance both without letting one suffer. Part of me is thinking about pausing the store for a bit so I can fully focus on the new project… but I’m not sure if that’s the smartest move. For those of you who manage multiple businesses or brands at once—how do you do it without burning out or slowing down your main source of income? Do you think it’s better to pause one business temporarily or build systems to run everything side by side? Would love to hear your thoughts, advice, or even what you’re personally doing right now. Your experiences could really help! 💬🔥

@Mihai Paun Thanks so much for this, honestly, this breakdown hit me hard in a good way. You’re right, pausing a winning machine really does feel like stepping backwards instead of building momentum. Automation and systems are something I haven’t fully leaned into yet, so this gives me a clearer direction. I can definitely see how delegating the repetitive stuff would free up a lot of my headspace. As for the new project, it’s something I’ve been planning for a while, still in the early stages, but it’s aligned with building another income stream long-term. My biggest bottleneck right now is time and handling repetitive tasks that don’t directly grow revenue. That’s the part that drains me the most. I’d really appreciate any advice on structuring a small team or setting up systems the right way so both brands can grow without me burning out. Thanks again, this really helps shift my mindset.
