I know it takes time and you have to form some self love to help yourself be the best person inside and out. I tend to ignore the outside but want to change that and maybe this group will help me do small things and help me take time to do little things that will improve how I look. I would like to feel better about my looks. I need to focus on taking care of myself. Does anyone understand what I am saying?
