A quote that's helped me through the years. I heard it in one of those sports inspirational movies and it stuck with me. "Sometimes you have to do what you have to do until you can do what you want to do" We get such a rush and mental need to excel from the beginning, to rise immediately to the top and to reach our goals from the start. However, there are many things one needs to do in order to follow that competitive staircase. In order reach where we want to be, there are steps we have to take without necessarily enjoying or wanting to do them. But we can't really skips those steps. There are tiny steps in the business and career world that we must follow, we all start somewhere, and that is the beginning. Yes there are people who are born with advantages, or gain advantages, but success isn't about who gets the most advantages in life, but of who takes the most advantage out of those situations to reach their potential goal. Hello everyone, Its May already, I just wanted to take a moment to reflect on the past month with you all. April may have brought wins for some and lessons for others but no matter where you stand, progress is still progress. Let’s take time to self-introspect, to look honestly at what worked, what didn’t, and what needs tweaking. Sometimes, the bravest thing we can do is admit when something isn’t working and give ourselves permission to let it go. That doesn’t mean we’ve failed, it means we’re wise enough to re-strategize and courageous enough to try again. This month, let’s move with clarity, creativity, and conviction.
