If your trying to play to improve and not for fun then don't waste all your free play time air dribbling or practicing stuff you don't need to instead split your Freeplay time into practicing things you can do and try to get really good at one thing like flicks or kickoffs so say you have 15 minutes in Freeplay 5 minutes would be nothing but flicks another 5 would be hitting the ball hard where you want it to go and the other 5 maybe getting a touch to yourself in awkward spots just think about this next time you go to Freeplay instead of doing air dribbles or flip resets for 15 minutes or you can go into custom training if you have a bad habit in Freeplay of doing something you don't need to hope this helped good luck
