Hey Abhishek Thank you for your post. I just want to mention that this community is really to share valuable insights and grow together, but it's not to make self-promos! But in any way, thank you for my post and I would suggest you start publishing a lot on LinkedIn with good images and great lead magnets of real automation solving real problems in the niche you're identifying and working with. Identify the pain points in your industry and show real value for free. Show them actually what automation can help with and then you can go more into details and show real AI infrastructures with UIs. This is just obviously templates and MVPs to show to the client as a first regard.

Testimonials for first 3 clients
Based on experience, should we focus on only testimonials for first 3-5 clients? Price only based on monthly retainers? Suggestions!

Hey Abhishek I would suggest lowering up your prices because yes case studies are super important in the beginning but not making for free either. Unless it's really really complicated to get clients. If it's been a long time you're trying and you really want use cases. You can do maybe one or two projects for free. I would suggest doing a fixed price of implementation instead and then offering a monthly retainer if they're satisfied with the automation and they want you to host them and maintain the workflows!
