What’s actually working for you with high-ticket clients right now?
Curious to hear everyone’s experience. I’ve started testing shorter demos (2-4 mins) vs traditional strategy calls - I’m seeing quicker interest and fewer tyre-kickers. What tactics, angles, or assets have actually moved the needle for you lately? Dropping my LinkedIn here if you want to stay connected: https://www.linkedin.com/in/ayana-cameron/

I think the hardest thing is to break the glass as you can probably imagine. What really helped us with my agency and my co-founder is the professional aspect that you show. Because there's so much AI agencies today but there's not a lot that has great deck presentations of great processes from the audit to the ongoing retainers after the implementation. So I think you should really work on having great decks to present to them as soon as you finish the call and send it to them. If you don't have case studies yet, just proof of work and all this is always great to have
McKinsey Article
Hey everyone, I came across this McKinsey article and found it super interesting. It breaks down how AI is reshaping work, the rise of agents/robots, and how our skills are evolving with it. If you want to check it out, here’s the link: https://www.mckinsey.com/mgi/our-research/agents-robots-and-us-skill-partnerships-in-the-age-of-ai Have a great Friday!

I found 100 emails of CEOs for my agency, here how I did it.
I've been struggling hard with lead gen for my agency. not even closing - just finding actual decision makers to talk to I just found a tool where you can search for business owners/CEOs and it pulls their actual emails. built a better lead list in an hour than I did all last week if you're stuck on lead gen check it out. finally reaching people who can actually hire me instead of random employees deleting my emails lol anyone else using this? PS this is the tool that found me 100s of CEO and Business Owner emails https://javos.io/
