Nobody talks about AI habits
Everyone talks about AI tools. Nobody talks about AI habits. Which model to use. Which plugin to install. Which framework to follow. But the people actually getting results? They built habits, not just workflows. They have a morning check-in with their AI. They have a shutdown routine where they log what happened. They default to AI for specific task types without thinking about it — the way you default to Google for a search. The tool doesn't matter if you only open it when you "remember to." The habit layer is where AI goes from "sometimes useful" to "how did I work without this?" What's one AI habit you've built — or one you want to build but haven't yet?

I have my life and business coach scheduled with ChatGPT that has a morning and evening check-in and a Sunday afternoon prep for the week. I started it August 19. My life has upgraded and improved dramatically over the past six months because of what I have created. I’ll be glad to share my prompt with everyone that you have to commit and it’s gonna take three months before you see real true improvements because it has become a habit
My smallest win this week
Here's my win: I caught myself about to spend 40 minutes formatting a spreadsheet and stopped. Asked Claude to do it. Took 3 minutes. That's not impressive. It's not a "10x productivity hack." It's just 37 minutes I got back because I noticed I was doing instead of thinking. The small wins are the ones that compound. The big flashy AI breakthroughs make great LinkedIn posts. But the actual quality-of-life improvement? It's the 50 tiny moments where you stop, redirect, and let the system handle what the system should handle. What's your smallest win this week? Don't overthink it. The more boring, the better.

My small win was being one of the 30 chosen by the gusto impact award to receive a $500 gift card. This is a huge step up the ladder rung for me because finally it signalled that someone else (outside of me) was getting what I was doing. The sweet thing about this win (and as a nonprofit leader)…. and this is what I love about ChatGPT…. I spent a total of 30 minutes putting together the grant submission and did everything talk to text into ChatGPT and then just copied and paste it into their form.
Alright — introduce yourselves to each other.
I invited every one of you here for a reason. I know who you are. But you don't all know each other yet — and you should, because this room is full of people I think are worth knowing. So let's fix that. Drop a quick intro below: 1. Who you are and what you do 2. Where you're at with AI right now — haven't touched it, dabbling, using it daily, or somewhere in between 3. One thing you're curious about or hoping to figure out while you're here I'll jump in the comments and add context on why I invited each of you — because it wasn't random.
