Just watched the replay. Loved how organic and fluid it all was. Such good info. Thank you. How do we get the templates or the docs that were referenced?

hi everyone!! would LOVE your help as I craft my show description -- which version do you like best? I'd also be curious to hear why 😁 VERSION 1️⃣: “I believe that suffering and the stress of survival can become the fertile soil for your revival. On Blissful Terrain, holistic nurse and emotional alchemist Alycen Fridley, BSN, RN helps you step off the healing hamster wheel of healing and reconnect with your body’s innate intelligence. Inside this grounded, clinical-meets-metaphysical space, you’ll explore how symptoms are invitations, how the body heals through symbiosis—not attack, and how to return to your own inner authority without protocols, panic, or dependency. This podcast is especially for women who are: • burned out on “trying everything” and getting nowhere • healing from the healing industry itself • tired of outsourcing their power to practitioners, supplements, and systems • craving clarity, sovereignty, and a sane, feminine-led path forward • ready to understand their bodies as allies, not obstacles Each episode blends terrain medicine, nervous-system attunement, emotional alchemy, and practical, actionable guidance—giving you a clear roadmap to move from survival mode into embodied sovereignty and sustainable vitality. Welcome to Blissful Terrain— Because your body isn't broken. It's your biggest breakthrough." VERSION 2️⃣: "“What if your symptoms, stress, and survival mode weren’t signs of brokenness — but invitations? Welcome to Blissful Terrain, where holistic nurse and emotional alchemist Alycen Fridley, BSN, RN helps women who are burned out on healing finally understand their bodies through a terrain-based, nervous-system-led lens. In this clinical-meets-metaphysical deep dive, you’ll learn how the body heals through symbiosis, not attack…how emotional patterns shape physiology…and how to shift from dependency and confusion into clarity, sovereignty, and a deeply regulated inner and outer terrain. This podcast is for women who: • feel exhausted by endless protocols, supplements, and practitioners

I preferred version 1 but am wondering if the "I Believe" can be changed to "How to change suffering and the stress of survival and make it the fertile soil for your revival." Or "What if you could transform suffering and stress..........." You sound really powerful in what you want to bring to the space.
