👋 Hi everyone, I’m Louis Turner from the United Kingdom. I’m in the process of building and scaling my recruiting business and currently focused on creating consistent placements each month. My goal over the next year is to increase both placement volume and deal quality by putting better systems in place. My biggest challenge right now is building a predictable client and candidate acquisition process, while tightening up operations so the business can scale without burnout.
