@Eric Burgin Hi Eric! thanks for answering! The course I am currently making is about how whisky is made, but in every step I talk about what flavors are created at that point - some flavors come from the raw materials, the fermentation ect. Maybe that can help you? The next course will be specifically about tasting, but It won’t be before august
