My favourite book recommendation
Book club is something I wanted to start in my Instagram community but I feel for accountability it would be ideal here! Link below, I highly recommend this book. Best for permaculture growing, companion planting, design, mushrooms, microgreens, market gardening , forest gardening and more…so my style in a book. It speaks to me! If you want this, links there, no affiliation but I’d like us to all be accountable to learn together and can do a coffee chat weekly on updates about what we’ve learnt come January https://www.amazon.co.uk/Living-Earth-Manual-Gardeners-Gardens/dp/1856232697/ref=mp_s_a_1_3?crid=3QO68LR5W6FD9&dib=eyJ2IjoiMSJ9.eSdTNEhsN1yeBMPZV10hRplb3mQWRZESXykzrED73vjIaUIPH2Ic0nwW-1S9Y-JXWLwzC_KvXdnHy0S5WIkDpD8chSAn8nm1mhpKHYkKIR1HgGqgt4_8fgIXyb-ClftPXhUEWhoGmgMJtnwpMXbjEaTN1nVb4c9na-Nnc3aC_fywBh8lR2fAVNcr4_X-1qxzOnXHtpA2onpeCTlHo2DIcQ.6C0LLT_X7gFrKSJHlrllSn3TEGNYbJbk99bHBzWwEBY&dib_tag=se&keywords=living+with+the+earth&qid=1765831609&sprefix=living+with+the+earth%2Caps%2C103&sr=8-3

Thanks Jack! While we’re sharing book recommendations, I’d love to recommend Finding The Mother Tree by Suzanne Simard. It’s the story of the scientist who discovered that trees communicate. At times it’s a quite ‘sciency’ but also an insight into her life and the challenge of being a woman in a male-dominated profession. I learnt so much about trees and look at them completely differently now (and I’d already read The Secret Life of Trees).
