Good Morning/ Evening, I am over in port charlotte Sarasota area, i have opened a Franchise that i will keep disclosed until the official opening. I am looking for a General Lines Insurance agent 2-20 Resident license preferred due to carrier appointments, I have seen a huge trend on this thread about not being able to receive direct appointments or getting any carriers in general. I have worked for some of the biggest national aggregators while i worked under them and have a great understanding on how the appointment process works, With that i took the initiative to go into a franchise that has a great relationship with the carriers and would be able to pull them during hard and soft markets. With this message i would love to extend my hand out to my newer agents in the industry to come and join me as a producer for my agency, since we are starting up hopefully soon there will be a great commission initiative and roles to become a sales manager and the commissions that come with non sales from other agents ( this would be from the Owners Percentage not the producer ) Let me know if any of you would like to connect as i am open and flexible to everyone's needs.
