Using body perception. Chakras are always open to some extent, and fluctuating. Feeling balanced emotionally, mentally and physically are aigns that they are working well. But we can close them down or open them up with intention, visualisation or yoga and meditation practices. You can "scan" your body with your mind to see if an area feels blocked, heavy, stale or over excited, tingly etc. Then look up the information for that chakra or ask your guides to show you how to balance them again.
