How Some Investors Get Paid Without Owning Property
I’ve been in the property space for a while, and like most people, I started out focusing on owning physical property, BTL, BRRR, sourcing deals. But over time, I started noticing another side of the industry that not many people talk about… Note investing. The idea of generating income from property without dealing with tenants, refurbs, or day to day management is something many investors overlook. At the same time, one of the biggest challenges I’ve seen in property is cash flow pressure, especially when you’re scaling and constantly reinvesting into deals. That’s why I’ve been paying more attention to strategies that can create more predictable income streams alongside property, to reduce reliance on constant refinancing or external funding. So I’m curious: What’s your first thought when you hear “note investing”, opportunity, confusion, or something you’ve never really explored?
