Curious, what has been most valuable to you?
I’m improving the onboarding for ADHD Harmony and I’d love your input. What has been the most valuable thing you’ve gotten from this community/our programs so far? I want to make sure new members get as much value as possible right from the start, so your answer will help me shape the onboarding around what actually works. Would love to see your input in the comments.

From the little work I did, the AI reframing of my self-deprecation, and the negative self-talk on issues I struggle with. At least from the work I did do, put into the worksheets. Also, the group support/encouragement has given me the knowledge and comfort that I am not doing this work on my own. We really do need each other to see ourselves more clearly, to become our better selves. I am grateful to be here with all of you, so I thank you for walking with me back to my soul blueprint self💗🙏🌺
Not at my best, but still moved forward some🤙
ReSet Post Day 4: I got more done yesterday, I am good with what I managed today, considering. My mood today: 4. My big accomplishments today-I made it to 2 classes, registered for an assessment I meant to do last week🤪 Clear some messages from my phone, and emails from my big pile in Gmail. Found a Walk in Tech workshop in my downtown. I hope my allergies are better tomorrow. I am going to wine now: I am struggling to get anything done today, as my allergies have been out of control. So many trees and other plants are blooming and putting out massive amounts of Pollen. Nose is still running after taking all Allergy Meds, allergy tea, washing my face, and irrigating my sinuses, ugh! I have trouble sleeping when the sun is up, even if I have had only 4,3 or 2 hours of sleep. I went to lie down and rest for a bit at 3pm, and woke up at 8pm. A relief from the sinuses. I still have the sinus issue, but it seems to have slowed.🙏 I got up and have been doing some reading and work, and now I am crawling off to bed again, to do some Presleep rituals and more Zzzz's. Body Doubling with Jim and the Team - ADHD Focus Reset
It'sno surpirse here, but I do lots of Body Doubling, today was a bit different at 4 am NZ time - not my norm - but thought hey - I shall join the wider team. While doing the session - I decided to use one of the many tools (inside AI Harmony) - to help get 𝗨𝗡𝗦𝗧𝗨𝗖𝗞. I Just did a 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗲 𝗥𝗲𝗳𝗿𝗮𝗺𝗲 on a thought that's kept a "little nugget" of an idea festering in my notebook: "Who am I, an untrained facilitator coach, to offer anything?" Turns out I can't absolutely know that's true - I haven't even tabled the idea with anyone yet. What I rediscovered: I've got psychology qualifications, years of facilitation, and proven workshop skills. The Coaching Certification is one I demanded of myself, the develoment of the materials for the "newer modern world" of Digital Instructional Design is the missing piece - BUT it is just a skill I haven't mastered yet - and I don't have to do it all alone. 40 minutes of focussed time, that has helped me 𝗗𝗶𝗳𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲 𝗺𝘆 𝗻𝗼𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗿𝗶𝗽𝘁, uncover the 𝗧𝗥𝗨𝗧𝗛, Consider the 𝗖𝗢𝗦𝗧 of not doing it, (not necessarily $$$s but Regret and a Self Verdict of "another bloody crazy idea, in the notebook", helped me consider some 𝗧𝘂𝗿𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 𝗜𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁𝘀 and gived me a 𝗕𝗮𝗹𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲𝗱 𝗥𝗲𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆. Now the job - is to get on with it, and get the work scheduled into other Body Double sessions.
