My name is Myra Butler, known as the Trauma Disruptor & Story Healer. For years, I carried stories that deserved to be heard — even when the world wasn’t ready to listen. That changed in 2022, when I learned how to break through silence, shame, and self-doubt using the power of my own words. I don’t motivate — I disrupt. I dismantle the lies trauma teaches us and replace them with truth. I don’t just teach writing; I teach women how to reclaim their voice, their value, and their power. Hi everyone, I’m Lori Porter. I am a storyteller, traveler, treasure hunter (I have a booth in an antique store), and retired crazy old bartender who has lived enough life for a whole bookshelf!!! It took me 50 years to learn that taking care of everyone else is not my life. I needed to find out who I truly was when I wasn’t doing that! Now I’m out here living my best life…or at least trying! I just was tired of living the old one, the one we’re taught to settle for. Two years ago I sold everything, and bought a camper van. I write from the road, from the heart, and from every chapter I’ve survived. My world blends travel, antiques, big feelings, mind & body work, and a whole lot of love. I believe stories can change people, heal people, and remind us that it’s never too late to become who you were meant to be. I’m here to learn, grow, share my voice, and finally bring my books to life. Excited to be part of this community and grateful to be surrounded by people who love words as much as I do.
