🌿 Thursday — Encouragement
Isaiah speaks of “perfect peace.” This doesn’t mean life is always calm. It means God’s presence can meet us even in the middle of our worries. Peace often grows in small ways: - a pause - a breath - a quiet prayer - a reminder that we are held. You’re welcome to share one small thing that brings you calm.

🌿 Wednesday — Midweek Prayer Practice
Today’s practice is a simple breath prayer. As you inhale, pray: “God of peace…” As you exhale, pray: “…steady my heart.” Repeat slowly for a few breaths. Even a few quiet moments can bring calm.

🌿 Monday — Opening Scripture & Prayer
Welcome to Week 6. This week we reflect on church and community—the ways we gather, support one another, and grow in faith together. Scripture: “They devoted themselves… to fellowship… and the prayers.” — Acts 2:42 Prayer: God of community, thank you for the gift of gathering. Teach us to care for one another with generosity, patience, and love. Amen. You’re welcome to share one word that describes what community means to you.

🌿 Tuesday — Reflection Prompt
Healing does not always mean fixing or resolving. Sometimes it means being met with care. Reflection: Where do you feel in need of comfort or healing right now? You may name it quietly, share a word, or simply hold it in prayer. Nothing needs to be explained.
