Good morning lovelies! 💕 I’m off this week, but when I get back I’d love to make a start on the next animal in our Safari Collection. The idea is that, over time, we’ll build a complete set of safari animals so you’re never stuck when it comes to creating a cute safari-themed cake again! I attempted the Rose and some Stargazer Lilies for a cake for a friend’s mums 80th this weekend. The tutorial for the Rose was really helpful and although they are not perfect I have learnt so much.

My name is Karen, I have been making cakes for around 14 years. Ive always been happy enough with my cakes and flowers but modelling people was just never going right for me. I have done Christina’s year long masterclass course and a few in person classes too. With her teaching I have come on leaps and bounds. Look at the first model I made 13 years ago and then the man I made on my last class. What a game changer.
