Royals 👑 I wanted to share a quick Skool tip because this is SO handy — especially for our Theme Day posts, promo threads, collaboration opportunities, resources and conversations you want to come back to later! Did you know you can turn notifications on for an individual Skool post? 🔔 This means you don’t have to try and remember where you saw something or go searching through the community trying to find the post again. 📱 HOW TO TURN ON NOTIFICATIONS FOR A POST: 1️⃣ Open the Skool post you want to keep up with. 2️⃣ Look in the top-right corner of the post for the little 🔔 bell icon. 3️⃣ Tap/click the bell. 4️⃣ That’s it! 🙌🏻 You’re now following that conversation. When new comments are added to the post, Skool can notify you so you’re reminded to come back and check what’s happening. 💡 WHEN IS THIS USEFUL? Skool confirms that tapping the bell again turns those thread notifications back off. ⚠️ ONE IMPORTANT DIFFERENCE The bell on the actual post is different from your general Skool notification settings. Your main notification settings control things such as community notifications, announcements, event reminders and other activity. The bell on an individual post is specifically useful when you want to keep up with that particular conversation/thread.

Royals, if you repeatedly forget tasks, miss important deadlines or rebuild the same weekly plan from scratch, this ChatGPT feature could make running your business much easier. ChatGPT’s Scheduled Tasks allow you to set up recurring prompts that run at the times you choose even when you’re not actively sitting in the chat. You could use them to: ✨ Prepare your weekly content plan ✨ Remind you about launches and deadlines ✨ Organise your weekly business priorities ✨ Create regular marketing checklists ✨ Prompt you to review your progress ✨ Monitor important updates using connected tools ✨ Remind you to follow up on unfinished tasks Here’s how to get started: 1️⃣ Open ChatGPT. 2️⃣ Start a new chat and paste the prompt below: “I want you to become my business workflow assistant. Ask me one question at a time to learn about my business, weekly routine, goals, content schedule, current offers, upcoming deadlines and the tasks I regularly repeat, delay or forget. Once you understand how I work, recommend one useful Scheduled Task at a time that could save me time, improve my consistency and help me stay organised. Include what the task will do, when it should run and what information it will give me. Wait for my approval before creating each task.” 3️⃣ Answer the questions so ChatGPT can suggest tasks that genuinely fit your business. 4️⃣ Approve the tasks you want to schedule. You can find your tasks by opening the ChatGPT menu or sidebar and selecting “Scheduled.” From there, you can view your active tasks, check previous runs, make changes, pause them or remove anything you no longer need. If “Scheduled” isn’t showing, the feature may not currently be enabled for your account or workspace. 💡 ROYAL TIP: Start with one task that would remove the most pressure from your week. Test the prompt first, review the first few results and adjust the instructions until it gives you exactly what you need. The goal isn’t to automate everything overnight. It’s to stop wasting your time and energy on work that can be turned into a simple, repeatable system.
