I just finished adding my notes from "Leadership & Self-Deception" by The Arbinger Institute into Habit Engineer AI!! Check it out - https://chatgpt.com/g/g-6801d156257c819198b2b5e35ac38e11-habit-engineer-ai Keep the change, and keep changing!
🧠 Your brain loves context—attach your habit to a time, place, and trigger. How will you apply this to improve your habit consistency? Comment below ⬇️
@Max Baldauf I understand a trigger, in the sense, to be something that reminds you to do something else. After I put away my clean dishes, I declutter my kitchen for 2 minutes. Putting the dishes away is my trigger to remind me I am going to declutter.
I have tried to keep a gratitude journal in the past but it hasn’t stuck for very long. So, I just engineered a habit to write in a journal one thing I am grateful for every night before I go to sleep. I will seal it with a kiss (for my husband). ❤️
