@Pouki Poukarini Feeling “frozen” could be your brain trying to protect you. It reads creative vulnerability as something risky, even though it isn’t dangerous. That freeze can come from perfectionism, fear of judgment, old criticism, overwhelm, or simply not knowing where to begin. The way through it is to gently ease the nervous system and lower the pressure. take one tiny step, play with a low-stakes prompt, set a 2 to 5 minute timer, or use a reference for inspiration. A little movement, breathwork, or a change of scenery can help loosen things up, too. And remember, just make without judegment of the outcome. The more you allow yourself to play around with the material, the easier creating comes. Separating the creator from the editor in you gives your imagination room to breathe and actually show up.
