Over the past few months, I've made 275+ cold calls to realtors trying to understand how they handle online leads and where leads get lost. One thing I've noticed is that most agents don't lose leads because they don't care; they lose them because they're busy, and sometimes they don't even realize how much they're missing out on. Showings, driving, inspections, client meetings, open houses, life. The result is that a lead comes in and gets a response 30 minutes, 2 hours, or sometimes the next day. After hearing the same problem over and over again, I decided to build something around it. I built a simple AI-powered lead response system that: • Responds instantly when a new lead comes in • Notifies the agent immediately • Automatically follows up if no action is taken • Makes sure no lead slips through the cracks Right now, I'm keeping it simple and testing it with real users before adding more features. For those of you building AI automations, agencies, or SaaS products: What's been your best strategy for getting your first few users and gathering meaningful feedback? P.S. I've started documenting the journey and sharing what I'm learning on Instagram @firsttouchautomation if anyone wants to follow along.
