Felt the hips open up nicely! Shoulders feel looooooooose Was able to lift off the floor with hands legs curled and straight, unable to lean all the way back with my legs underneath! Huge room to range there Bridge pose, got it. Held for 15
Liftoff is the perfect name for this one as I learn / teach myself 3 new movements that grew from just exploring my current state. Still have stretchers high as I’m typing this out to you. Hope you enjoyed it as much as I did.
The knee lifting off the ground was a stuck point for me, how to alternate the left and right side for a couple minutes and then ended up getting it! Good flow
Wasn't able to touch my toes because of tight hammies and now can get the tip of my fingers down to the balls of my feet, legs fully extended... dont think ive been able to touch that part of my foot since I was 5
