I'm going to hit the walking pad most mornings for 15-30 min. Going to go to bed 30 min earlier to do it. I'll start the day with 3-5k steps, this is huge for fat loss!!! Get a cheap walking pad off Amazon, it's the best cheat code! Mine was $179 but you can get cheaper ones.
