Morning team I have a long-standing passion, probably an obsession, with rugby, alongside a professional background focused on improvement, particularly in strategy, systems, and policy. Most of my work, both in rugby and professionally, has been about building environments where people can succeed. That means setting clear standards, developing practical systems, and creating structure that works for the people in it. I am always looking at how things can be done better, whether that is training design, season planning, or how a group operates day to day.
