Offering 40% recurring revenue share to anyone, anywhere, who sends me clients, I build the automation and handle everything after
I've got a working set of tools I can set up fast, and I'm looking for people who already talk to business owners and wouldn't mind making an intro. Here's what I actually build: (im not limited to these) An SMS agent that handles invoicing, chases unpaid invoices automatically, and manages scheduling/booking Missed call text-back, so when a business misses a call the customer gets texted back straight away instead of just calling the next place Automated social media posting Lead follow-up and qualification, so new enquiries don't go cold A marketing setup covering research, trend tracking, and competitor tracking, built to run in the background The deal: you introduce me to a business owner who could use any of this. I take it from there, build it, deliver it, support it. If they become a paying client, we split whatever they pay 60/40, every month, for as long as they stay. You don't have to know anything technical or manage the client afterward, just the intro. I'm not a big agency, it's just me, so I'm not going to pretend I've got hundreds of clients already. What I do have is real working tech and I actually deliver what I say I will. Happy to answer specifics in the comments or DM if you want to talk through it.

@Okasha Khan just hoping someone takes me up on the offer
What's actually converted the most for you?
Question for anyone actively closing deals here: what's the one system or automation you've built that's actually converted the most, and what kind of business bought it? Not looking for the theory, just what's genuinely worked for you. Trying to figure out where the real demand is versus what everyone assumes sells.
Would you use a marketplace like this if buyers were already on it
Been building something called Keslle Connect. Its a marketplace that connects small business owners who want AI or automation work done with builders who can actually do it, so builders dont have to cold call or chase clients, and business owners dont get sold to by people they dont trust. I'm mainly asking this to builders in here. If there were real buyers already active on the app, small business owners who genuinely wanted AI help and were browsing for someone to do the work, would you actually use something like this to find clients. Or is there something about it that would put you off. Not trying to sell anything, just want honest opinions before I put more time into building it out further. What would actually make you trust a platform like this enough to use it.

@Lakshya Pandey still figuring it out honestly, want the buyer side actually validated before I lock a date rather than rushing something half baked out. if the interest keeps looking like this though its going to be weeks not months

@Lakshya Pandey honestly its just how many people are actually engaging like this thread, replying with real questions instead of a quick like and moving on. also had a few small business owners in facebook groups directly say they'd try it once its live, not just builders being curious about the concept. thats the split im watching closest, builder interest is easy to get, buyer interest is the part that actually proves it
Finding clients vs doing the actual build
Anyone else find that the hardest part of freelance AI and automation work isn't the build, it's finding businesses that actually want it? I built a marketplace to solve that for myself, pairing builders like us with small businesses that need this stuff but don't know where to look. Still early. How's everyone else finding clients right now, cold outreach, referrals, something else?

@Mohammed Risath good to hear its not just me. focusing on their actual problems over the ai label seems to be the theme in this whole thread. hows the networking side going for you, more in person stuff or online communities like this one

@Glen Lloyd that example line is a great template honestly, specific enough that it doesnt read as a generic script but soft enough it doesnt sound accusatory. are you sending that as a cold email opener or saving it for after they reply to something else first
What do you actually check before deciding a lead is worth chasing
Curious how everyone here actually vets a lead before spending time on it. I used to just message anyone remotely relevant and burned way too many hours on dead ends. Now before committing to a business I look for things like, do they already show any sign of using tools or software, can I actually reach the owner instead of a gatekeeper, and is there something visible proving the pain point, a bad review about slow replies, a job post for something that should be automated, stuff like that. What do you all actually look for before deciding someone is worth chasing?

@Usman Ali same as what ive said to a couple others here, someone who already tried something and gave up on it has been the strongest one for me. shows the pain is real and they've already spent effort trying to fix it, way better than just spotting a problem cold and hoping they care about it

@Lakshya Pandey funny, i just said basically the same thing to someone else on this thread before scrolling down to your comment, guess that one's a pretty universal signal. framework right now is honestly still pretty loose, mainly reachable owner plus some visible proof of the pain, still figuring out how to weigh money and urgency into it properly like a few people here have raised
