Hey Jacoven. Best way to JV. If you don’t have deals under contract is to bring buyers. Network like crazy, get buyers on the phone. Find out what makes a deal a deal for them specifically and start building out those “Buy Boxes” Then put those Buy Boxes out to the world of wholesalers. “I have buyers looking for this… let me know what you have and let’s get some deals done!” You will become a “dispo arm” and if consistent enough you shouldn’t have to do any acquisitions.
